NDA 1 2018 Cut Off Marks [Official]. UPSC is conducting a national level written examination NDA  for the admission to National Defence Academy NDA and Naval Academy examination NA. NDA 1 2018 exam was held on 22nd April 2017. Around 2 lakh 12th qualified aspirants are aappearing in this examination. UPSC NDA examination is held twice in the year by UPSC.  Selection of the eligible candidates will be done on the basis written the examination and SSB interview test. After that all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the SSB interview they will go for medical examination, and then candidates who make up in the merit list will join the training academy.
After that all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the SSB interview they will be on the merit to join the National Defence Academy. UPSC will not publish any Cutoff marks for mark for written examination. UPSC will just publish final cutoff marks aggregately of written exam plus interview Marks. UPSC will publish the list of Roll no of qualified candidates for Admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy. All selection process will be completed under the ministry of Defence. The mark-sheets of the candidates, will be put on the Commission’s Website within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the final result. (after concluding SSB Interviews)

About NDA 1 2018 Cutoff:
  • First of all, the candidates need to know the exact definition of the cutoff. It is basically termed as the minimum qualifying marks which the candidates will have to obtain so as to join the next level of selection.
  • Cut marks will be given out of total marks i.e. 900 marks.
  • There will be a sectional cut off, means one needs to secure minimum sectional cut off marks, which will be near 25-30 % each paper.
  • Only those students who score more than or up to the NDA Cutoff 2018 are eligible for the SSB interview.
  • SSB interview will be of total 900 marks, the final marks would be the combination of written and SSB interview marks ie total 1800 marks.
  • Final NDA 1 2018 cut off marks will be published after the SSB interview, candidates will get the joining instructions based on their order in the merit list.
